The Benevolence Fund was created from the Board of Directors after Hurricane Irma in 2017.  The devastation from the hurricane left many of the FTGA members in disarray. 

Any FTGA member that has a personal crisis can submit a written letter of their request and amount to the Florida Turfgrass Research Foundation (FTRF), for the FTRF Board approval.
